This page describes how PeakTone handles information when you visit this website or use the PeakTone application. Final legal wording is being prepared and will be published here.

2. Information we handle

PeakTone works with a limited set of information:

• Audio and MIDI files you upload in order to generate results.
• Generated output such as melodies, lyrics, and rendered demo vocals.
• Account information needed to sign in and access your projects.
• Basic technical and usage data required to operate and improve the service.

3. Purpose of processing

Uploaded material is processed to produce the results you request inside your account, and to keep the service secure and reliable.

4. Storage and retention

Files and generated results are stored so you can return to your projects. Retention periods and deletion controls will be documented here in the final version of this policy.

5. Sharing

PeakTone relies on infrastructure and processing providers to operate the service. Your uploads are not sold. A list of relevant processors will be published in the final version of this policy.

6. Your choices

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of information associated with your account by contacting us.

7. Website analytics

This marketing website uses PeakTone's own first-party analytics. It has no separate database, no advertising trackers, and no third-party analytics services.

• In the EU nothing is stored or sent until you accept analytics in the banner. You can change the choice at any time via “Analytics preferences” in the footer.
• When accepted we store a random visitor identifier and a session identifier, plus first-touch campaign parameters, referring domain, and landing page.
• We record page views, whether a visit was engaged, which call to action was clicked, which example was played, and which FAQ item was opened.
• We never collect your email address, IP address, file names, audio, lyrics, MIDI data, or any free-text you type.

This page will be updated as PeakTone leaves beta. Material changes will be reflected in the date shown above.
