1. About these terms

These terms apply to this website and the PeakTone application. PeakTone is currently in beta, and the final legal wording is being prepared and will be published here.

2. What PeakTone provides

PeakTone generates topline melodies, lyrics, and sung reference vocals from material you upload. The output is intended as a demo and creative reference used before a final vocal is recorded.

3. Your uploads

You are responsible for having the rights required to upload the audio and MIDI files you submit, and for how you use the results.

4. Rights in generated output

The rights, permitted uses, and any limitations that apply to generated melodies, lyrics, and demo vocals will be described in detail in the final version of these terms. Please review this page before releasing material created with PeakTone.

5. Acceptable use

When using PeakTone you agree not to:

• Upload material you do not have the rights to use.
• Attempt to imitate a specific identifiable artist's voice.
• Interfere with, overload, or reverse engineer the service.

6. Beta service

Features, availability, and output quality may change during beta. The service is provided without guarantees of uninterrupted availability.

7. Changes

These terms will be updated as the product develops. Material changes will be reflected in the date shown above.
